Hazardous or potentially dangerous circumstances
In the interest of safety of passengers, the driver and the vehicle,
European Limousine, Inc. reserves the right, for good cause to refuse to book or contract
for a movement and the company shall not be responsible for:
Cancellation of a planned movement,
Refusal of its drivers to operate a vehicle on a movement in its
entirely or over a part of its planned routing, under the conditions and situations set
forth below, and the right is reserved for the driver alone to be the judge of such
circumstances when encountered while the movement is enroute:
- Hazardous or dangerous roads, driveways, bridges, parking areas,
camp sites, private grounds, etc.
- A picketed or forbidden place or any place under situations where
violence or rioting exists, is threatened, or reasonably may be anticipated.
The Company will however, when practicable, endeavor to cooperate
with the passengers in revising the routing so as to avoid any circumstances described
above when encountered while the movement is enroute.
