To insure the highest quality of service for all clients
we strongly suggest you read this statement of policy.
ELS provide private cars service only. We prefer 24 hours advance
reservations, but in most cases we can handle reservations on a shorter notice.
ARRIVALS:
NYC BUS & TRAIN STATION -- call our office upon arrival
NEWARK PENN STATION -- circular information booth in center of terminal
NYC PIERS -- at respective piers 2 hours after docking.
NON COMMERCIAL AIRPORTS -- we require name and title number of private aircraft.
COMMERCIAL AIRPORTS -- domestic baggage claim area
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS -- outside custom area
CHARTER FLIGHTS -- we request you reconfirm arrival time and terminal.
HOURLY RATES:
Lincoln Town Car / Cadillac (Deville / DTS) Sedan - $50.00 / Hour.
Mercedes Benz: S430, 500 and 600 - $60.00 / Hour
Cadillac Escalade SUV - $65.00 / Hour
Stretch Limousine 6/8/10 passengers - $55.00/$65.00/$75.00 per hour
Mercedes Benz 6 passengers Stretch Limousine - $100.00 per hour
All prices are subject to reservations for 3 hours minimum.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
PROMS - 8 hours minimum.
WEDDINGS - 3 hours minimum.
EXTRA STOPS:
Same town - $10.00
Same county - $20.00
Different county - $30.00
Different state - $40.00
SURCHARGES:
A surcharge of $20.00 will apply if passenger is picket up after 11:30 PM and
before 5:30 AM.
Additional $20.00 is in effect Christmas Eve and New Years Eve after 5:00
PM. Also all federal holidays.
Do not leave pick-up place without calling our office or you will be subject to a
no show fee which is a full amount of the trip.
WAITING TIME:
Waiting time -(if any)- will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per hour for sedan
trip and regular hourly rates for other vehicles. We do not charging
for waiting time in airports due to the flight delays.
CANCELLATION:
When canceling a reservation passenger must cancel the departure or the arrival,
and get a cancellation number. We require 4 hours advance notice of cancellation.
Late cancellation is subject to a full charge for the trip.
PAYMENT TERMS:
European Limousine, Inc. requires a guarantee of payment on all
reservations. This can be arranged through corporate charge, credit cards or
prepaid. Corporate charges are billed semi monthly and our terms are 7(seven) days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Prices do not include parking fee and tolls.
Prices do not include 7% New Jersey tax.
Prices do not include 20% gratuity for the driver.
